In line with Home Medicare’s mission to provide quality essential primary healthcare to patients with a multidisciplinary approach, Home Medicare recruits doctors for their patients in a stringent manner. All our doctors are qualified and registered with the Malaysian Medical Council.
Home Medicare doctors include Family Physician Specialists, General Practitioners and Medical Officers. The doctors have to be approved by the Home Medicare management team and at least two members of the Medical Advisory Board. The Medical Advisory Board consists of consultants in the private sector in Penang that have been selected for their experience in the field which covers 16 disciplines.
Our doctors know their limitations as primary healthcare providers and refer to the Medical Advisory Board when the cases require more specialized treatment. Home Medicare’s professionalism stresses patient’s safety first, accountability with documented medical notes and patient confidentiality.
